About

Built so no new patient is lost to voicemail.

ToothPilot is a founder-led company on a single mission: help independent dental practices stop losing new patients on the phone.

Why we built it

Every day, independent practices spend real money on marketing to make the phone ring — then a third of those calls go unanswered during lunch, after hours, or when every line is busy. Only about 14% of new patients leave a voicemail; the rest simply call the next practice on Google. That is a quiet, expensive leak, and it has almost nothing to do with how good the dentistry is.

We built ToothPilot to close that gap — an AI receptionist that answers every call 24/7 in your clinic's own name, books the appointment through natural conversation, and logs every caller to your Google Sheet the moment the call ends. It works over your existing phone line, alongside your current tools. It doesn't replace your front desk — it catches the calls your team can't.

Founder-led, on purpose

This isn't a faceless platform. When you book a demo, you talk to Mubashir directly — he sets it up with your clinic's actual greeting so you can hear exactly how it will sound to your patients. If it isn't useful for your practice, there's no follow-up. That's the promise.

Who it's for

Independent and small dental practices across the United States — the solo and one-to-three-dentist offices that feel every missed new patient. If you're turning marketing spend into ringing phones, ToothPilot makes sure those rings turn into booked patients.

The best way to understand it is to hear a real call or read how it works end to end.

Five minutes to see what you've been missing.

I'll set up a demo using your clinic's actual greeting — free, no commitment. If it's not useful, no follow-up. I promise.
